To further improve the quality of education in schools, especially Natural Science Studies, PUDAK SCIENTIFIC has participated in a workshop on the importance of usage and development of Natural Studies teaching aid tools in 2013 curriculum. This workshop which was intended for High School, Vocational School and Madrasah Aliyah levels took place at P4TK IPA General Assembly Hall, Bandung, on February 28, 2013.

This workshop was organized by ITB Alumni Association, Natural Studies P4TK IPA and Pudak Scientific as Indonesian manufacturer of teaching aid tools. Hundreds of Natural Studies teacher in West Java enthusiastically participated in this event as they can directly see and try Natural Studies teaching aid tools that they have never used before.

There were 3 tool categories that were introduced to the teachers: Physics, Biology and Chemistry which can help teachers in their schools. In this workshop some Physics experiments were also practiced, such as movement experiment, slide board experiment, spring experiment, Hooke Law expetiment, calorimeter experiment, optical experiment, sound experiment and Ohm Law experiment. Simulations on experiments that integrate laboratory equipments and Computer Based Experiment System (CBES) were also demonstrated.

The participants were also very pleased as they can directly try in using some Pudak Scientific tools that we brought to the workshop.

In line with the topic of discussion in this event, we strongly hope that this nation can make a better generation that can transform Natural Science Studies verbal based teaching to practical based teaching. We as a manufacturer of teaching aid tools are  taking part and helping in improving the level of education in Indonesia according to the 2013 curriculum which focuses on practical based culture.
